Immanuel offers two types of health plans: a high-deductible health plan with a health savings account (HDHP with HSA), and copay plan called SimplePay. Find the plan that best meets your needs:
Aetna Broad Network
The Aetna Broad Network is a High Deductible Health Plan. After reaching the deductible, the plan has copays for primary care, specialists visits, emergency room and urgent care visits, outpatient therapy, and prescription drugs.

Can pair with a health savings account (HSA) to help you cover qualified medical expenses by setting aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical bills and prescriptions.

Provides broad national coverage using Aetna's Choice Plan.

Preventative care services are covered at 100%.

Simple Pay
SimplePay Health simplifies your healthcare experience through concierge customer service and a simplified plan design. An alternative health plan that saves you money without sacrificing top-quality healthcare.

No payment to providers or pharmacies at the time of visit. SimplePay pays Providers upfront and sends you one monthly bill.

Per IRS requirements cannot be paired with a health savings account (HSA).
