Immanuel's benefits start first of the month starting 30 days.

You can select your benefit election on your first day of employment. Early enrollment is encouraged to allow vendors adequate time to set up your benefits and mail your cards out.

In order to make a change mid-plan year you need to have a qualifying event (marital change, birth/adoption of child, loss/gained coverage, etc.). Documentation and enrollment is due in UKG within 30 days of the life event happening.
When you’re ready to enroll:

Increasing coverage amounts or adding Supplemental Life Insurance outside the new hire benefit enrollment period requires the completion of an EOI form. Amounts are subject to an EOI form. The benefit amount will be updated once approval has been received from the carrier.
