Mental Health Resources

Good days. Bad days. And every day in between.

We all experience stress in our lives related to family and relationships, work-life balance, substance abuse or mental health concerns like anxiety and depression. It can be helpful to have a professional to turn to for guidance, support, resources and referrals that we might not come across on our own.

Whatever you may be facing, you’re not alone. Immanuel has resources to help you through.

HealthJoy

Employee Assistance Program

Effective November 1, 2023, Immanuel is partnering with HealthJoy (Powered by Curalinc) Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

EAP is a completely free and confidential counseling program that covers issues such as marital and family concerns, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, financial entanglements and other personal stressors. At no cost to you and your family:

  • There is no cost to you or your immediate family members to use the program. If services beyond the EAP are needed, the HealthJoy EAP counselor will provide referrals based on coverage through your health insurance plan or other cost-effective resources in your community.

  • Access support in the way you prefer. HealthJoy counselors provide assistance over the phone, online via a secure website, texting, email, and in-person at a convenient location near your worksite or home.
