Know before you go. Use the Dental Care Cost Estimator* to see estimated cost ranges for common dental care needs, so you know what you'll be spending before you visit the dentist. *

Minimize your future costs with preventive care today. Studies indicate that the sooner you focus on identifying dental health issues, the more you can save on future costs. Take advantage of the plan's low- or no-cost preventive services, like routine oral exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments.

Carry over part of your unused annual maximum!
Submit at least one claim during the benefit year while staying at or under the plan-specific threshold amount. Then use those rewards for any covered dental procedures in the future! Earn extra rewards, called the PPO Bonus, by seeing a Network Provider.
